Reservation Confirmation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Confirmed reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties.

Booking modifications may be applied without penalties 30 days prior to arrival date.

For any cancellation of the whole confirmed dates or part of the confirmed dates less than 30 days prior to arrival date, there is penalty of one night stay plus taxes. The confirmed dates upon checking in will be applied and will be non refundable in the case of earlier check-out.

Check In Policy:

Check In Time is after 4:00pm. For late arrivals, please check with front desk in advance to make proper arrangements.

Check Out Policy:

Check Out is no later than 10:00am. Guests must return all keys and vacate the property no later than 10am to ensure space for new check ins. Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges.

Extra Guest Policy:

An extra-adult guest will be charged at $15 / person / night. Guest number and guest charges must be confirmed upon check-in. Each room has specific maximum occupancy limit. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $200 penalty.

Children Policy:

Children aged 13 and up will be regarded as adult guests. Under 12 years old, two children are free and other extra children will be charged at $10 / child / night.

Pre-authorization Information:

In case another party who will not be attending the motel is paying for guest’s stay, a Pre-authorization Form is required to be filled out by the payment card holder. Front desk will email this form.

No Pets Policy:

No pets are allowed on the property. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $300 penalty and immediate eviction.

No Smoking Policy:

All the rooms and buildings on Empire Motel’s property are non-smoking / non-vaping / non cannabis. Cannabis and instruments for cannabis use must not be kept in rooms. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $300 penalty and immediate eviction.

Kitchens:

Guests must wash all dishes, cups, glasses, pots and other kitchen utensils in both Kitchens and Semi-Kitchens before check out. If dirty dishes are left, $30 will be charged.

Property Policy:

There is a $20 charge for a lost room key. For any missing / broken item, guests will be charged accordingly.

This property is privately owned. We will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of any property. All valuables must be stored securely by guests.

Identification Policy:

Valid Government Photo ID is required for both the check-in process, and for processing a payment card.

Quiet Time Policy:

This is a family oriented motel and we require all our guests to be quiet between 10 pm – 7 am.
