Booking Confirmation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Confirmed reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties. Booking modifications may be applied without penalties 30 days prior to check-in. This 30 day cancellation policy applies to high season. (May 15th – Sept 15th). We have a 7 day cancellation policy during low season (Sept 16th – May 14th). The confirmed dates upon checking in will be applied and will be non refundable in the case of earlier check-out dates.
Check In Policy: Check In Time is after 4:00pm & Check Out Time is before 10:00am. For late arrivals please check with front desk in advance to make proper arrangements.
Check Out Policy: Check Out is no later than 10:00am. Guests must return all keys and vacate the property no later than 10am to ensure space for new check ins. Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges.
Extra Guest Charges: We price our daily room rates to accommodate 2 guests per room. Additional guests are charged an extra guest fee of $15 per guest, per night. Guest number and guest charges are confirmed upon check-in. There is a set maximum occupancy for specific rooms. Failure to comply with our maximum occupancy policy will result in a $300 penalty and possible eviction.
Child Policy: Children 12 years and younger stay free of charge at a limit of 2. Any additional children are charged the extra guest fee, regardless of age. Children 13 years and older are charged regular rates and or extra guest fees.
Pre-authorization Information: In case another party who will not be attending the motel is paying for guest’s stay, a Pre-authorization Form is required to be filled out by the payment card holder. Front desk will email this form.
No Pets Policy: NO PETS are allowed on the property. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $300 charge and immediate eviction.
No Smoking Policy: All the rooms on Empire Motel’s property are non-smoking / non-vaping, failure to comply with this policy will result in an extra charge of $300 per incident.
Property Policy: There is a $20 charge for a lost room key. For any missing/broken item guest/s will be charged accordingly. This property is privately owned. We will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of any property. All valuables must be stored securely.
Kitchens: Guests must wash ALL dishes in both Kitchens and Semi Kitchens before check out. If dirty dishes are left an additional $30 will be charged.
Identification Policy: Valid Government Photo ID is required for both the check-in process, and for processing a payment card.
THIS IS A FAMILY ORIENTED MOTEL and we require all our guests to be very quiet after 10 PM. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 7:00am
